Note: This is a recurring opportunity with deadlines on April 1 and October 15 of each year.

Funds are intended to support research that addresses the disparity in cancer morbidity and mortality in poor and underserved populations, including research that addresses projects in basic, preclinical, clinical and epidemiology research.

Eligibility criteria:

• Junior and senior faculty members are eligible to apply for this award
• Applicants must at the time of application be United States citizens, noncitizen nationals, or permanent residents of the United States
