| Award Description: | The University of Chicago Medicine Comprehensive Cancer Center (UCCCC) is pleased to announce the opportunity for funding of 1-2 projects at $50,000 each to develop novel radiotracers to detect or monitor specific tumor types in which these technologies are lacking. These funds can also be used for completion of preclinical studies necessary to successfully compete for larger, national-level grants. The goal is to catalyze collaboration and foster new transdisciplinary interactions which will advance this area of research. The project should leverage the cyclotron and nascent radiochemistry program to advance cancer detection and treatment. |
